The story takes place in Seikyou High School, a facility that consist of multiple buildings for junior and senior students. 60 years of renovation and expansions led some sections abandoned and classrooms turned into stores. First-year Teiichi Niiya got lost in this sections and meets Yuuko Kanae, introduces herself as the ghost of the building. Only Niiya can see her and together, they went to find out the reason behind her death
